A Word from the Founder

Welcome. And thank you for being here at the very beginning.

I grew up moving. A different city almost every year, a different way of living, a different way of making things. And everywhere we went, there was art. Different crafts, different traditions, textiles and objects I had never seen before. I was always the kid who noticed. The patterns on a wall, the way a room felt, the things in a home that told you everything about where you were and who lived there.

I never stopped noticing.

For a long time, I carried all of that with me quietly, through years of designing interiors and rooms I built for other people. And somewhere along the way, a question kept surfacing: what if there was one place that brought it all together? Not a museum. Not a catalogue. Just a carefully chosen collection of things made by people who have spent their lives perfecting a single craft.

Tatwa Homes is that place. And seeing it become real, after so long living in my head, is something I am still getting used to.

The word Tatwa means essence. The truest nature of something. It's never really about the walls. It's about what you put on them, next to them, and in between. The pieces that accumulate meaning over time. That's what we're here to help you build.

Every piece in our collection is chosen by hand. Handwoven textiles, carved woodwork, and ceramics made using techniques passed down through generations. We also work with clients on bespoke interior design, building spaces entirely around how they live and what they love.

This is just the beginning. Thank you for being here at the start of ours.
