Returns
We hope you love your pieces, but understand that sometimes
things don't work out as you expect. We're happy to offer you 14 days to return
anything that's not quite right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All parcels are returned at your own risk. We advise using
recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for

Refund
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. If
everything is in order, we’ll issue your refund. Returns are typically
processed within 7–9 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once
the refund is complete.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment and
may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank
or payment provider.
Damages & Concerns
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect your order upon
delivery. Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as
expected, please contact us without delay at bs@tatwahomes.com. Our team is here to
review the matter and ensure it is resolved with the utmost care and attention.
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or faulty,
we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange, including any delivery
charges.
Exclusions
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return
your original order for a refund and place a new order.Unfortunately, we cannot
accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note, all of our
upholstered furniture is made to order. You have 48 hours after placing your
order to make changes or cancel. After this period, cancellations, major
changes, or returns may incur a fee of up to 60% of the item's retail price.
